As part of the 30th anniversary of the German Wind Power Museum Association, P. Schütte presented the museum with a specially crafted model of an Enercon E-16. He painstakingly created the model on the computer and 3D printed it, and he was able to purchase the mast from a model shop. The association member had arrived a few days earlier to take advantage of the upcoming 30th anniversary celebration and the last opportunity to visit the Heyden power plant in Petershagen before its closure. The official presentation of the gift took place in the museum’s archive, where the life-size version of the E-16 can be found. The board thanks him for his efforts and for receiving this beautiful gift.
