This time one of Germany\u2019s last existing homemade turbines was taken over. It is a wind turbine from the early 1980s placed in Kirchdorf.<\/p>\n<p>The builder, Mr. Hilbig, was promptly convinced of the idea to entirely hand over his turbine.
